The business is locally owned and operated, and according to the spa, it is woman-owned. It began as a modest venture run on enthusiasm, and the spa says it has been serving the South Tampa community for over twenty years. Visitors arrive from surrounding areas such as Bayshore, Channelside, and SoHo, as well as Harbour Island, Water Street, Downtown Tampa, and Hyde Park.

Every visit begins with a personal consultation, and facials start with a professional skin analysis so that treatments can be tailored. Options range from Hydrafacial treatments on the Hydrafacial Syndeo device, to microdermabrasion, microneedling, needle-free and no-peel Bio-Revive treatments, Cryolift, and Regenesis Ritual and Cell Renewal Ritual sessions. There is a Clear Skin Detox Facial for active acne, a teen facial that requires a parent or guardian at consultation, a men's facial, and the 24 Karat Luxe Facial, which includes oxygen therapy and a 24 karat gold mask. Facial add-ons include LED light therapy, dermaplaning, peels and gua sha.

Beyond the face, the spa offers body treatments such as Stone Crop body polishes, a CBD-infused upper body treatment, and regenerative back facials. Waxing covers facial, body and bikini areas. Manicures and pedicures range from classic and spa services to a healing manicure aimed at peeling, splitting or post-gel nails. Energy healing sessions, full-body red light therapy, Cryoskin and EMS body sculpting round out the menu. Products include Eminence Organics, FarmHouse Fresh, Dazzle Dry and CND Shellac, and the spa says its body care products are organic, non-toxic and cruelty-free.

Treatments happen in private rooms with one guest at a time. The spa is open Monday through Thursday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, Friday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, and is closed Sunday. It works by appointment only and recommends booking ahead, especially on weekends and holidays. Memberships, spa packages, gift cards and a referral program are available, and custom day spa packages can be arranged by contacting the spa directly.

The spa describes its philosophy as rooted in healing, integrity and personalized care, and says services are customized to each guest rather than one-size-fits-all.

Treatments take place in a private, peaceful setting, with one guest in a room at a time.
