Treatments are grouped into injectables, laser aesthetics, face and body rejuvenation, facials and wellness. The practice says every plan starts with an in-depth consultation with a provider covering goals and medical history, followed by an examination of the skin. Prospective patients can also outline possible treatments with an online planning tool before booking. Botox consultations and treatment can often take place on the same day, and financing is available through Cherry, CareCredit and Allē.

Botox is one of the practice's most detailed offerings. It is used for forehead, brow, crow's feet, chin, lip and neck lines, and the practice also offers it for chronic migraines, TMJ and jaw pain, and excessive sweating. Named variations include Baby Botox, which uses smaller amounts for subtle refinement; Barbie Botox, placed in the trapezius to soften the slope from neck to shoulders; a lip flip that shows more of the pink lip without adding volume; masseter Botox for slimming the lower face; and the Nefertiti Lift along the jaw and upper neck. A session takes about 20 minutes, with no numbing and no downtime, according to the practice. Results are described as starting within several days and building to full effect over about two weeks, and maintenance treatments are recommended three to four times a year. Men are treated as well, often seeking softer lines without losing a natural look.

Botox is not recommended for people who are allergic to its ingredients, who are pregnant or breastfeeding, who have an active acne breakout or skin infection, or who have an underlying muscle or nerve disorder, and it is not offered to anyone under 18. Before treatment, clients are asked to avoid NSAIDs and blood-thinning medications, and to avoid alcohol and tobacco for 48 hours. Afterward, the practice advises staying upright for four hours and skipping makeup for about a day.

Dysport and Daxxify are offered as alternatives to Botox, listed at $5.25 and $9 per unit respectively. Dermal filler options include Juvederm, Restylane, Radiesse or Belotero, Sculptra and Skinvive, with lip injections, PDO threads, hair restoration injections, Kybella and sclerotherapy for veins also on the menu. Radiesse is made with calcium hydroxylapatite, while Juvederm and Restylane are hyaluronic acid fillers available in different consistencies. A filler visit takes about 40 minutes after a topical numbing, and the practice lists results as lasting about one to two years.

Laser services include CoolSculpting, intense pulsed light, laser hair reduction, laser skin resurfacing and vascular removal laser. Face and body rejuvenation includes FaceTite and AccuTite, Morpheus8 (a combination of radiofrequency and microneedling that can be used on the face, arms, legs and abdomen), RF microneedling and Accent RF skin tightening. For Morpheus8, the practice lists a procedure time of 60 to 80 minutes and one to three days of downtime. Facials include DiamondGlow, Hydrafacial, facial peels, VI Peel, microneedling and microdermabrasion, and the St. Petersburg site also lists PRP filler. Wellness services include medical weight loss, IV therapy, bioidentical HRT and TRT.

Listed specials and prices include a 100-unit Bank Your Botox vial at $1,049, with a bankable version at $1,099 that lets clients reserve units for later use when it is time to refresh results. Face microneedling with PRP or exosomes is listed at $399, and Hydrafacial packages at $600 for three Deluxe sessions or $750 for three Platinum sessions. Botox pricing depends on the provider and the number of units, and an estimate is given before treatment. The practice describes itself as a nationally recognized Botox provider, says it holds Black Diamond status from Allergan and ranks in the top 1% of injectors, and reports more than 600 five-star Google reviews and over 50 years of combined team experience. It also lists affiliations with the American Society of Cosmetic Physicians, the American Board of Physician Nutrition Specialists, the American Board of Internal Medicine and the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine.

Treatment plans are built after a consultation, skin exam and review of medical history, with the practice aiming for natural-looking results that keep each patient's features. It says it favors visible but not obvious changes, using small diluted doses of Botox for subtle results when appropriate.
