Tampa is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 9am to 5pm and Thursday from 8am to 4pm. St. Petersburg is open Monday and Friday from 8am to 4pm, Tuesday and Wednesday from 8am to 5pm, and Thursday from 9am to 6pm. Saturdays at both sites are by appointment request, and both are closed Sunday. The practice says patients travel from across the state, including several Tampa-area neighborhoods.

Treatments are grouped into injectables, laser aesthetics, face and body rejuvenation, facials and wellness. The practice says every plan starts with an in-depth consultation with a provider covering goals and medical history, followed by an examination of the skin. Botox consultations and treatment can often take place on the same day, and financing is available through Cherry, CareCredit and Allē.

Botox is one of the practice's most detailed offerings. It is used for forehead, brow, crow's feet, chin, lip and neck lines, and the practice also offers it for chronic migraines, TMJ and jaw pain, and excessive sweating. Named variations include Baby Botox, which uses smaller amounts for subtle refinement; Barbie Botox, placed in the trapezius to soften the slope from neck to shoulders; a lip flip that shows more of the pink lip without adding volume; masseter Botox for slimming the lower face; and the Nefertiti Lift along the jaw and upper neck. A session takes about 20 minutes, with no numbing and no downtime, according to the practice.
