Every service begins with aromatherapy and a rose petal foot bath, so each visit opens the same way regardless of what is booked. Facials include an aromatherapy experience, a rose petal foot bath and extractions. Facial options range from a 30-minute Royal Express and a Teen Facial for younger guests to a Gentleman's Facial designed for men, a Clinical Peel, a Microdermabrasion with LED using a diamond-tip tool, an Oxygen Infusion with Dome and LED, and a 60-minute Royal Revival Microchanneling treatment with LED. Several facials are built around named steps, such as the Deep Pore Detox, which uses lactic, glycolic and salicylic acids, and the Supernova Facial, which combines microdermabrasion, a clinical peel and LED.

The Acne Clinic runs a program that starts with a consultation with a licensed aesthetician, who reviews current skin care, diet and lifestyle before building a custom treatment plan. Treatments are 30 minutes and are scheduled about every two weeks, with a stated goal of clear skin within three months. Clients can book single treatments such as an Acne Clinical Peel or an Acne Clinic Enzyme Treatment, or choose a package. The Acne Starter Package at $559 includes six full-size skin care products and two acne clinic treatments, and the Acne Treatment Package at $777 includes six acne clinic treatments that do not expire.

Massage services include Signature, Energy, Foot and Scalp Ritual, Lymphatic Drainage, Pregnancy, Body Brushing, Strengthen and Stretch, and Couples massages. Signature Massage can be tailored by pressure, technique and goals and is offered from 30 to 120 minutes. Pregnancy massage uses specialized positioning and pillows and is offered after the first trimester, and Couples massage, also offered after the first trimester, includes champagne, fruit-infused water or organic tea, and chocolate truffles for each guest. Members receive savings on services, free enhancements, 15 percent off retail products and additional services, and a Series Special gives one complimentary service after four.

The spa pairs aromatherapy and rose petal foot baths with treatments that are adjusted to each client, from custom acne plans to Signature Massage tailored by pressure and technique.
