Sugaring is the core of the menu. The paste is made from organic sugar, lemon juice and water, with a honey-like texture, and the business says it contains no resins, toxic chemicals or preservatives. It is applied warm rather than hot and, according to the site, does not stick to living skin cells. The business calls sugaring 100% natural and sanitary, says results last longer than waxing, and says it is safe for people with eczema or psoriasis. Clients can book a customized skin analysis by video or in person to plan a routine, followed by a 60-minute customized facial that includes cleansing, exfoliation, serum, masking and a neck and shoulder massage. The R&R facial uses Young Living therapeutic grade essential oil products. The 25-minute VaJacial uses enzyme exfoliation and extractions of ingrown hairs, and it is booked within 10 days of a Brazilian sugaring.

Specialty treatments include Raindrop Therapy, a 60-minute massage that applies a sequence of essential oils to the feet and back. The site says it was developed by Gary Young, founder of Young Living Essential Oils. Emotional Release Therapy combines selected essential oils with guided verbal affirmations.

Sugaring education is a large part of the business. The Foundational Sugaring Certification is an 8-hour one-day class priced at $475, covering underarms, legs, facial areas and a demonstration of Brazilian and eyebrow sugaring, and graduates can retake it free for up to a year. The Advanced Brazilian and Brow Certification is a 6-hour hands-on course priced at $375, and students must bring an extra model who is not a licensed beautician or in beauty school. Classes run as groups or one-on-one, in San Diego and Orange County, and onsite training at a student's location is available on request. Mentorship is offered for estheticians starting out or with an existing practice, including a 1-hour consulting session on business topics and a 3-hour Day in the Life program with a shadowed workday and a 30-minute private sit-down.
