Facials are built around ELEMIS products. The SPA Smooth facial is described for aging and drying skin, the SPA Resurface facial for acne scarring and sun-damaged skin, and the SPA Glass Skin facial, a roughly two-hour treatment, combines skin analysis, ozone steam, extraction, a resurfacing step, masks, ice globes, red-light therapy and SPF. The acne program uses the Face Reality system with personalized treatment plans, and at-home Face Reality products are sold for continued care. New acne clients have a mandatory consultation, which is waived with a product purchase of $75 or more.

Peels are offered in several forms: Linder Peels in Hero, Polite and Spot(less) versions, and BioRePeel treatments for the face, neck and decolletage. The spa describes its no-downtime peels as gentler than those given by dermatologists, with a quicker recovery. Waxing uses the non-wax NuFree Nudesse system, which does not adhere to the skin, and dermaplaning is offered for the face only and is not done on live acneic skin.

Semi-permanent brows include microblading, nanoblading and powder brows, and lip blushing uses semi-permanent tattooed color applied with a cosmetic tattoo device on a low setting. New clients must book and attend a consultation before a brow or lip service, and brow and lip bookings carry a non-refundable $200 booking fee applied toward the total. Touch-ups missed without 24 hours' notice carry a $200 no-show fee. The spa does not offer tattooed brows.

Skin analysis is a half-hour visit using an analyzer that examines 10 possible skin concerns and produces a report on overall condition, estimated skin age, moisture, oil and elasticity, areas of concern and skin tone. The process moves through the analysis, a review of current products and routines, a treatment plan, and progress tracking. The consultation is free with a $75 minimum product purchase and costs $50 without one.

Focuses on learning each client's skin needs and goals, with brow shape, color and treatment plans matched to the individual.

The space includes a reception area, a waiting room, a retail area, several facial rooms and a separate microblading room.
