Massage is a large part of the menu, offered in the spa and at home. Options range from aromatherapy, deep tissue and sports work to prenatal and postnatal sessions, couples bookings and manual lymphatic drainage. Heated and stone-based choices include Fire and Ice, a hot and cold stone massage, and Himalayan salt stone work, as well as a Stix and Stones bamboo fusion massage that can be paired with salt stones. Thai Yoga Assisted Stretch is performed fully clothed, and Pamperpeutic includes a reflexology-inspired foot massage. A 90-minute session is available. Add-ons include Yoni Steaming, an herbal steam, and a far infrared heat mat with jade tourmaline. Draping is used throughout, so only the area being worked on is uncovered.

The facial and skin menu is grouped under Boutique Skin and Boutique Facial. Microdermabrasion requires no downtime, and micro needling is offered with a DermaFrac option, a dermal micro-channeling system used for RE-Surface treatments under the OxygenCeuticals protocol. Erbium YAG laser skin resurfacing and a radio frequency facial, which takes about 30 minutes for a whole face, are also available. The oxygen infusion facial is performed by an aesthetician and is non-medical, with no chemicals and nothing injected. It begins with exfoliation, followed by pressurized oxygen and a serum applied with a wand, and typically takes 30 minutes to an hour with no required recovery time. There are men's facials and a youth facial for clients 17 or younger, which requires a parent on the premises who consents. PCA peels and a 4% pure retinol peel are offered as well.

Laser hair removal uses a diode laser system that the site describes as FDA approved. A complimentary consultation and test patch are offered, and the first session is free with a package of six. The laser does not treat blonde hair or clients who are pregnant or lactating, and pricing is set by consultation and package. Spider vein removal and tattoo removal are also listed. CRYO T-Shock is a roughly 60-minute body contouring treatment done by hand with a massage technique; according to the site, it can be repeated once every 15 days and the device was created by Pagani. Mineral Body Wrap includes weighing and measuring before and after. Waxing uses a professional wax produced in Italy, and acupuncture can be booked by phone or online.

Clients are asked to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early for check-in, and first-time clients or those whose last visit was a year or more ago complete a health questionnaire 15 minutes before their appointment. Appointment changes or cancellations need 72 hours' notice by phone, and cancellations under 24 hours may be charged the full service total. Spa packages of three or more services need 48 hours' notice and are held with a card or gift certificate. Gift certificates and gift cards are available. The spa is open Monday to Friday 9 AM to 7 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 5 PM, and is closed Sunday.
