Massages are built around each client. After a short consultation, the therapist shapes a full-body or targeted session, and the price starts at $56 for 30 minutes or more. Hot towels for the feet, neck and back come with every massage unless a client asks otherwise, and Minnesota massage sales tax applies. Add-ons from $15 include aromatherapy, a hot oil scalp treatment, a lip treatment, hot stones, a soothing facial massage and topicals.

Customized facials start at $60 for 45 minutes or more and use Sanitas professional skin care products. A mini facial is a 40-minute option with one mask and no extractions. A full facial adds a hand and foot massage, more masks and simple extractions. A back facial is available for dry skin or for back extractions.

The Royal Treatment is a $250 package lasting 150 minutes that requires a $150 deposit. It combines a 60-minute massage with full-body dry brushing and a cream-based massage, a moisturizing facial with a lip treatment, and a hot oil scalp treatment. Clients take the dry brush home with them.

Brow services start at $28 and can include tinting, waxing with hard or soft wax, or both. Cooling serums and cooling globes are applied after brow waxing at no charge. Lash services include Ellebana lash lifts and Refectocil lash tints. Pedicures start at $35 for 30 minutes or more, priced by polish type, and include a foot soak, nail work, callus and rough skin exfoliation, a scrub, a hot towel wrap with a moisturizing mask and a massage.

Waxing is the largest part of the menu, covering the face, ears, neck, underarms, arms, chest, stomach, back, bikini, Brazilian, legs and combinations. Prices and session lengths are listed per area on the site. Gift cards and packages are non-refundable and gift card sales are final. Clients who cancel, do not show or do not communicate within 48 hours of an appointment are charged a 25% cancellation fee, and changes should be made by messaging the owner. First-time guests may be asked for ID so that a profile can be created at the appointment.

Treatments are customized after the therapist learns about each client's body, with relaxation and therapeutic benefit as the aim. The owner says she keeps learning about the most effective ways to relieve tension.
