The treatment menu draws on several product lines. PCASKIN is a medical-grade professional skin care line, and the salon also works with the BT (Bio Therapeutic) line, which is described as medical-grade, and with GlowNar equipment for hydrodermabrasion and microdermabrasion. ClarityRX is a plant-based, all-natural line used in its own facials, peels and eye, lip and neck treatments. The facial menu runs from LED light therapy and high frequency treatments to signature facials, and chemical peels range from about $170 to $280. The salon describes its ClarityRX professional treatments as aimed at wrinkles, acne, pigmentation and rosacea, without harsh retinols or hydroquinone.

A visit usually starts with a free 30-minute skin analysis that uses a Wood's lamp examination, and a cup of coffee is offered during consultations. Add-ons such as a cooling globe, a hand or foot scrub with massage, or ClarityRX lip and neck treatments can be added to a service. Korean lash lifts are $25 off when added to another service in the salon. Buy Now Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Cancellations need 24 hours notice. A loyalty reward gives 30% off any advanced treatment facial on the fifth visit, with brow, lash and wax services excluded.

Beyond skin treatments, the salon offers brow shaping, brow color tint and brow lamination, which can be combined with tint, plus Korean lash lifts and waxing for the face, underarms, arms, chest and back. Teeth whitening is also available, with a take-home tray and aftercare instructions. Hours are Monday to Thursday 9 AM to 6 PM, Friday 8 AM to 5 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 7 PM and Sunday 12 PM to 5 PM. The salon is a member of the Minnesota Black Chamber of Commerce. It also sells its own Beauty by Miriam all-natural hair, skin and body line, used as maintenance after treatments.
