Nail work is the largest part of the menu. Manicures range from a basic service without polish to an ultimate version with polish and a hot stone option, and pedicures range from a basic 45-minute service to a one-hour Medical Pedicure for extra foot care. Pedicures use the Podoexpert line, including a callus softener and a papaya enzyme scrub. Polish changes use Dr. Remedy's and Londontown polish, with a fresh brush for each client. Nail restoration is offered as a temporary option for clients with enough natural nail remaining, and a shorter fill-in is available for those who do not need the full service.

Gel services follow clear rules. Gel applied by Spa Addict is removed at no charge, while gel applied at another salon carries a removal fee. Hard gels from other salons are not removed at the spa and must be taken off by the client or the original salon. Ingrown nails are not treated here. The Ingrown Discomfort service only removes part of the nail causing trouble, and the spa does not service bleeding, redness, infection or fluids.

Beyond nails, the spa offers three facials, from a customized facial to a one-hour facial and an LED facial, along with waxing for the upper lip, chin, eyebrows and legs. The IV drip menu includes several named blends with fluids and electrolytes, plus add-ons such as vitamin B12, glutathione, Zofran and Toradol. The spa also sells skincare, including PCA and ExLinea Pro items.
