Infinity Med Spa GA was founded by Bambi Plumlee, MSN, RN, with the aim of making aesthetics and skin health accessible to all. Dr. Lori Martin serves as Medical Director and works alongside the founder to oversee patient care. The business describes its setting as physician-led, with a focus on patient safety and education. Facials are built around the client. A custom facial is tailored to skin type, goals and condition, and includes deep cleansing, exfoliation, extractions when needed and a mask. Other facials target acne, anti-aging and brightening, and there is a men's facial that includes exfoliation, hydration and beard area care. Dermaplaning, an exfoliation method using a sterile blade, can be booked on its own or added to any facial. Facials use medical grade skincare products, and the business describes its skin care as results-driven.

For skin work, the menu covers SkinPen microneedling, PRX DermPerfexion, VI Peel, The Perfect Derma Peel, Hydrofacial, diamond dermabrasion, and two skin-tightening options, CO2Lift and CO2Lift V. On the injectable side, neurotoxin options are Botox, Dysport and Daxxify, and filler options are Restylane, Juvederm, RHA, Sculptra and Radiesse. Weight loss is medically supervised and uses prescription medications, available in clinic or at home. Medication options include in-clinic subcutaneous injections, a 30-day self-administered supply, and sublingual or oral forms. Programs begin with a detailed consultation covering health history, goals and preferences, followed by ongoing progress monitoring. Peptide therapies are also offered, described for energy, muscle recovery, hormonal balance and anti-aging.

Body sculpting is non-invasive, typically needs little to no downtime, and uses the Rejuva Fresh system for cavitation, cryo, RF skin tightening, wood therapy and thermal wrap therapy. Plans are customized and usually involve a series of sessions, and affordable package pricing is available on request. IV therapy is naturally compounded and personalized to each client's goals, with NAD, glutathione, B12 injections, hangover IV therapy and IV infusions with multivitamins. IV appointments take about 45 to 60 minutes. Hair restoration is also offered.

A Good Faith Exam with consultation is required before treatments, and new patients receive one before medical aesthetic treatments. Appointments can be requested online or by calling (678) 798-8600. Hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 6:00pm, and Saturday from 9:00am to 1:00pm by appointment only. The office is closed Sunday.
