The business is open Tuesday through Friday from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm and on Saturday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, and it is closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Feed-in styles are a main part of the menu. Fulani braids are feed-in scalp braids at the front with curls or box braids at the back, and lemonade braids are feed-in cornrows braided to the side. Knotless braids, boho knotless braids and Senegalese twists in a smooth finish are also offered.

Miracle Knot braids come in two versions. One includes the hair and needs to be booked about a month in advance so the hair can ship. The other is priced without hair, so the client buys their own. Quick weaves include human hair and shampoo.

Children's styles are offered under a separate Kids group. For select styles the price includes braiding hair, accessories and shampoo, but box braids and styles that need other hair, such as track or crochet hair, are not covered by that price.
