New guests begin with a thorough consultation and a New Guest Session, which includes a shampoo and blow dry. Shampoos come with a hot towel scalp treatment and a head massage. After styling, the stylist walks guests through home hair care and sets up a maintenance plan and routine.

New guests choose services from the New Guest menu and book online after reviewing the menu, then receive an email or text confirmation. The salon currently welcomes new guests who want a long-term relationship focused on healthy hair and color services. Pricing does not depend on gender or age, and guests are told the price before a service is performed. The price can change if product or time use runs well above average.
