Stephanie Brady, a registered nurse, built the practice and moved into aesthetics about five years ago after more than fifteen years as a nurse. The practice describes its setting as calm and welcoming, with a friendly feel rather than a clinical one.

The practice says it plans treatment around the result each client wants rather than around units or sessions, and aims for subtle, natural enhancements that leave clients looking refreshed rather than changed. Consultations are complimentary and carry no pressure or commitment, and the plan is quoted at that visit. Follow-up includes a same-day check-in with written aftercare, plus check-ins at two weeks and four weeks. Injectable options include anti-wrinkle injections and neurotoxin, starting at $13 per unit ($12 per unit for members), and dermal fillers priced at consultation. Lip filler is offered as a Mini Lip at $350 or a Full Lip at $650. Other injectables include filler dissolving with hyaluronidase, Fat Dissolving for small stubborn fat pockets, PRF EZ Gel (given across two sessions six weeks apart), bio stimulators (Sculptra and Radiesse) and PDO threads for mild laxity after a consultation. Balance at Bloom is the practice's signature facial balancing treatment, which combines filler with more than one tool.

The facial and spa menu covers BloomGlo Express Glo2Facial (35 minutes, $199), BloomGlo Glo2Facial with radiofrequency (60 minutes, $275) and BloomGlo Luxe, which combines dermaplaning with a Glo2Facial (75 minutes, $350). Other facials include an exfoliating facial for oily, blemish-prone skin, a red light facial for sensitive or dehydrated skin, a foaming enzyme facial, a dermaplane facial, a teen facial for ages 12 to 19 and a fire and ice facial. A dermaplane add-on to any facial is $30 for 15 minutes. Brow waxing, tinting and lamination and lash lift and tint are also offered. Facial and treatment pricing is a guide and may be tailored to the client's plan.

Booking is handled through Aesthetic Record, where the client confirms provider and time. A $50 deposit is required to book any service longer than 20 minutes and goes toward the service. Appointments should be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours ahead, or the deposit is forfeited; clients who are sick may reschedule without penalty. Arriving more than 10 minutes late requires rescheduling, and refunds are not offered on services rendered. Financing is available through Cherry, Sunbit, Afterpay, Klarna, Affirm and CareCredit, and HSA and FSA cards may be used for eligible services.

The Ageless Reserve is the practice's membership. For $150 per month, the client adds to an account that does not expire. Members receive 15% off regular-price services, 20% off skincare and a monthly B12 injection, and benefits are for the subscribed member only. Membership begins with a six-month commitment and then continues month to month with no cancellation fee. Membership fees are not refundable, and membership can be frozen for up to two months per year without a freeze charge.
