The Treatment Room was founded by Brittney Davis, a licensed massage therapist and esthetician, and brings together several independent professionals in one studio on North Bardstown Road. Each professional sets their own services, session lengths, pricing, and availability, so hours and offerings vary by person.

Visits are by appointment. Clients can call or text the studio before stopping by, and online booking opens on a rolling 30-day window. Appointments further out can be requested by texting the studio, and a virtual receptionist named Nicole can check availability, help with booking, rescheduling, or cancelling, and take messages. Service appointments run Monday through Saturday.

Massage sessions run 30, 45, 60, 75, 90, or 120 minutes and begin with a short consultation so the technique and focus areas can be adjusted. Skincare includes customized facials, a set of Essential Care facials that each start with a skin assessment, named Signature Experiences, and advanced treatments that also begin with a thorough assessment. Brow and lash services cover shaping, tinting, lamination, and lifts, and the Complete Enhancement combines several of them.

Infrared sauna sessions are private and can be booked alone or alongside massage or skincare. The studio describes its sauna as premium. Six preset programs are available, and sessions must be reserved in advance by texting the studio because the sauna is preheated. Specialized wraps are provided for use in the sauna.

Clients are asked to arrive about 5 to 10 minutes early, especially for a first visit. A card on file may be required to reserve, and cancellations inside the notice period may be charged a share of the service total. Parking is complimentary in front of and behind the building, with additional parallel spaces along the back left side of the property. The suite is the last one on the left when facing the building, across from Valero and Highlands Garden Cemetery.

Treatments are tailored to the individual rather than run from a fixed routine, and each professional sets their own offerings and hours.
