Eyelash extensions are the core of the menu. Synthetic mink-style strands are attached one at a time to each natural lash with a medical-grade glue. Options include natural full sets, hybrid sets, volume sets, dramatic volume, a lash alternative, and lower lash extensions, which must be booked with a mega fill on upper lashes unless the stylist notes an exception beforehand. Fills, extension removal, and lash lifts with tint are also available, and semi-permanent extensions are offered.

Prices depend on stylist level. Stylists are graded Intern, Junior, or Senior based on hours spent lashing, knowledge, skill, and performance. A natural full set takes about 1.5 hours and costs $120 with an Intern, $130 with a Junior, and $140 with a Senior. Full sets of eyelash extensions take about 2 hours and run $160 to $200 by level, while hybrid full sets start at $200 and volume full sets start at $250 and take about 2.5 hours. Extensions removed on the same day a new full set is applied are free; otherwise removal is $35 and takes about 15 to 30 minutes. Clients who want to start fresh with a first-time fill on lashes applied elsewhere need about 40 percent of existing extensions to remain.

Eyebrow services include brow lamination, which the studio also calls a brow sculpt or brow lift, a perm designed for fuller, more defined brows. Henna brows stain the skin beneath the brow hairs to add depth, and tinting and waxing can be added alone or combined. Sugaring uses a lukewarm paste worked into the skin by hand and can be repeated on the same area. Waxing uses an oil-based gold wax on the body and a strip-less hard wax in intimate areas. Hair should be about a quarter to half an inch long and no longer than an inch, untrimmed, and clients are asked to shower the morning of the appointment. The studio says a wax lasts four to six weeks when all hairs are long enough. A vajacial, a facial for the vulva that can also be done on any hairless pubic area, takes just under an hour and is commonly booked after sugaring or waxing, with regular clients returning every two to three months.

Booking requires an appointment deposit and can be made online. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours notice; a no-show or shorter notice is charged 50 percent of the appointment, and arriving more than 15 minutes late may lead to rescheduling. Clients receive 24 and 48 hour reminders that do not accept replies, so the quickest way to reach the studio is by text at (253) 880-2020. Gift certificates in amounts from $25 to $250 can be redeemed in store for services.

The studio states that eyelash extensions should only be applied by trained professionals and that it does not use unqualified stylists. It also says flares and individual lash bundles should not be bonded directly to natural lashes, and that properly applied extensions do not damage natural lashes.
