The menu runs from manicures and pedicures through gel, dip powder and acrylic enhancements, with a smaller set of hair removal, facial and brow services.

Visits can start with a basic or spa manicure or pedicure. The Signature Manicure includes cuticle care, a light massage, a hot towel and polish, and spa pedicures include cutting, shaping, cuticle cleaning, buffing and massage, with callus removal available as an add-on. The European Facial runs 45 minutes and covers skin diagnosis, exfoliation, extractions, massage and a hydrating mask, and the Collagen Facial includes it. Chair massage for the neck and shoulders and in-room full body massage are also offered.

Private manicure and pedicure services can be booked for groups, including bridal and baby showers, birthdays, corporate events and girls' nights out. Children under 10 can have Mini Me manicures, pedicures or a combined visit, and children under 12 may receive services only with a parent's consent and a parent or guardian present at all times.

House policies: refunds are not given for completed services, so any concern should be raised before leaving. Warranties cover three days on nail polish and seven days on gel color, gel X, gel builder, acrylic and dip powder work. Gift certificates must be presented at the time of service, are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash and are not replaced if lost or stolen. Pets are not allowed except service animals, and anyone feeling unwell is asked to reschedule. Phones should be on low volume, and video calls, speakerphone and video recording are not permitted inside.
