The practice describes its approach as balanced and regenerative, with plans built around each client's skin and goals. Some treatments give results right away, while others build change over time. Injectables are meant to replace volume lost with age rather than reshape facial features.

Signature plans include The Soulshine Lift, a three-month program that combines lifting, skin-quality and volume treatments; The Triple Lift, a single signature treatment for lift, texture and tone; and The Tight and Bright, a series of RF microneedling and Pico laser sessions aimed at tone, pigment and firmness. Some treatments require a provider consultation before they can be booked.

Memberships are a central part of the business. Soulshine Skin Club is $150 a month with a one-time $99 activation fee, Skin Club Advanced is $225 a month, and the Founding 50 membership is $99 a month and limited to the first 50 new members on James Island. Monthly dues are banked in a Soulshine Wallet and applied to future services at either location. Members receive discounts on eligible services and medical-grade skincare, along with neuromodulator pricing starting at $10 per unit.

A skin store on the website sells medical-grade skincare and supplement brands. Orders can be shipped or picked up free at the Charleston location.
