BabyTox opened in 2021 and is run by its owner, Nicole Kernodle, who also works as the injector. The clinic is located inside View Salon and Spa on Folly Road, and free parking is available at the salon.

Every new patient books a free 30-minute consultation before receiving any service. A neurotoxin appointment can be booked for the same day as that consultation. Patients can check in at the front desk on arrival or text the clinic.

The injectable menu starts with neurotoxin, placed in facial muscles such as the forehead, frown lines and the outer corners of the eyes to soften lines over time. Changes can appear within 24 hours and the full result is visible within two weeks, typically lasting three to four months, and new neurotoxin clients are advised to return for a two-week follow-up. Other injectables include a hyaluronic acid lip filler, a contouring facial filler for volume loss, deeper wrinkles, scars and asymmetry, and a Radiesse biostimulator that can be placed in the face, hands, neck and knees.

Microneedling is done with the SkinPen Precision Elite device, which the clinic describes as FDA approved for the face, neck and chest. Topical serums can be added to a session to support collagen production and shorten healing. Gift cards for products or services are also available.
