Most clients book through the online booking system, and during the appointment Robbi talks with them to help choose a treatment plan. The menu centers on Hydrafacial. Standard Hydrafacial treatments include massage and red light therapy, while the Express version runs 30 minutes with a deep cleanse, extractions, and hydration but no massage or red light. The Deluxe version takes an hour and adds massage, a targeted booster, red light therapy, and a scalp treatment. HydraNeedling pairs microneedling with a Platinum Hydrafacial and growth factor serums. Sculpt & Shine Sessions are customized facials with a choice of lymphatic drainage with a light chemical peel or dermaplaning with enzymes. Visits are calm and relaxing, in a space designed for that purpose. Hydrafacial has little to no downtime, and microneedling may cause mild redness for 24 to 48 hours. Saturday appointments are available by request only. Appointment changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, with a $50 fee for later changes or missed appointments. Cards and Venmo are accepted, with card or Venmo preferred; cash payments receive no change and remaining balances become account credit. eGift cards are sold in $25, $50, $75, and $100 amounts or a custom amount.
