A visit starts with a brief intake review, followed by a personalized scalp analysis. Appointments are kept unhurried, and afterward clients receive recommendations for home care between visits. The studio suggests limiting heat styling after a service to help the hair and skin stay hydrated, and it offers a self-use blow dry station, though a traditional blowout is not part of any service.

The head spa menu ranges from a 40-minute scalp and hair session to longer combined visits, such as Bare + Balanced, which pairs a head spa with a Bare SKN facial over 120 minutes, and Illuminate + Elevate, a 140-minute head spa and facial with corrective options. Facials are priced from $59 to $169 and include named options for hydration, brightening, firming and lifting, clarifying and sensitive skin. Waxing covers the face, underarms, arms, legs, bikini and Brazilian areas. Add-ons include extended or ultimate Hair Play with scalp massage, scalp exfoliation, a follicle activation infusion, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, extractions, light stimulation and an oxygen bar.

Two monthly memberships are offered. SKN Society, at $115 per month, includes one customized facial with LED and microcurrent, member pricing, and an at-home kit at the first visit. Crown Collective Club, at $149 per month, includes a monthly head spa, a finishing dry, a Root + Strand travel kit, and 10% off additional services and retail. Gift cards are sold in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.

Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours notice. Later changes incur a charge of 50% of the appointment, and arriving 15 minutes late may mean rescheduling or a 50% fee. Groups of three or more should email, call or text to book. Each client is booked under their own name with their chosen service, and multiple services in one visit run back to back rather than at the same time. First-time clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes early. The studio is open Tuesday from 10 AM to 6 PM, Wednesday until 8 PM, Thursday and Friday until 6 PM, Saturday and Sunday from 11 AM to 5 PM, and is closed Mondays.

Each treatment is tailored to the client's concerns and followed by personalized home-care recommendations.
