Every patient starts with an individualized, in-person consultation, and consultations are free at all four locations. Staff review a patient's medical history, concerns and goals before recommending a service. For Botox, the quoted price is shared at that consultation, before anything is injected, and covers the treatment and aftercare guidance. The injector adjusts unit placement to each patient's facial anatomy, and a follow-up with the same injector is available if movement looks uneven at the two-week mark. Results are described as usually starting within three to five days, reaching full effect at about two weeks, and lasting three to four months.

The team says it travels to national and international aesthetic conferences and brings back new technology, and that it takes part in ongoing training on techniques, equipment and industry practice. Technologies named include CoolSculpting, HydraFacial MD, Secret RF microneedling, the Sciton BBL and the Fraxel Dual Laser. Treatments are offered for both women and men, and wedding beauty planning is available.

Wellness care is available through telehealth as well as in-office visits, and patients are seen in many states. Hormone therapy is bioidentical hormone replacement, medical weight loss is physician-guided and monitored, IV therapy delivers fluids, vitamins and nutrients directly into the bloodstream, and specialized testing goes beyond standard blood work. The wellness program does not accept insurance but accepts HSA and CareCredit, and plan costs are estimated after paperwork and an initial encounter.
