The studio serves clients of all skin types and conditions, including people with unique skin needs.
Visits are booked online, and advance scheduling is advised. First-time guests complete a consultation before booking a service. The consultation covers lifestyle, skin or body concerns and the course of treatment. The 45-minute consultation includes a skin analysis, a lifestyle discussion, a custom treatment plan and starter products, and a trial kit is provided for skin services.
Facial treatments are tailored after a skin analysis. The Signature Treatment is adjusted to each client's concerns and includes cleansing, exfoliation, extractions if needed, serum, mask, toner, moisturizer, lip treatment and sunscreen. A longer version and a back-focused option are also offered. The Signature Rejuvenating Treatment is an advanced option aimed at anti-aging, skin rejuvenation and menopausal skin. Massage and relaxation facials are not offered at the studio.
Advanced treatments, including chemical peels and combination treatments, follow an initial consultation and treatment and are priced by service. Peels offered range from enzyme to light and moderate, along with light microdermabrasion. Estheticians here perform light to moderate peels only, and deep peels require a physician. Microdermabrasion is used after acne has cleared to reduce the appearance of scarring and hyperpigmentation.
Policies are set out in advance. A non-refundable booking fee of 50% is required to schedule and is applied to the service charge. Cancellations need 36 hours' notice, and guests arriving more than 15 minutes late must reschedule. Late arrivals have their session shortened but pay the full price. Guests who are unwell are asked to reschedule, and no-shows forfeit the deposit with future bookings prepaid. Product sales are final and nonrefundable.
Treatments are customized after a skin analysis and a discussion of skin goals and lifestyle. Clients are taught about skincare ingredients and home care between visits.
