About

Soul Spa is a wellness spa on San Jose Boulevard in Jacksonville, Florida. The spa frames its work as natural rituals paired with modern wellness, and its menu covers head spa, foot, body, facial, multi-service journeys, couples bookings and a membership.

The Forest Head Spa comes in three ritual options meant to cleanse, nourish and rebalance the scalp, and every one includes a free AI scalp analysis to help guide the care recommended. The Forest Foot Ritual is aimed at tired feet after long days of standing or walking. Body Therapy is shaped to the client on the day, whether that means relaxation, focused muscle work or a mix of the two. The Forest Facial Ritual is a botanical facial meant to cleanse, refresh, hydrate and restore the skin.

Signature Journeys bring several Soul Spa services into one continuous session, with each ritual timed in sequence. Couples Packages let two guests receive the same ritual side by side, priced at twice the individual rate less a $10 couples savings. The Soul Spa Membership suits clients who want wellness built into a regular routine.

To book, guests choose their services and a preferred date and time on the website and send the request, and the team then confirms availability. Before a visit, clients complete an intake form covering medications, pregnancy, chronic pain, orthopedic injuries, allergies and treatment goals. Digital gift cards come in $50, $100, $150 or $200 amounts or a custom value, are delivered instantly after payment through Square, and can be used toward eligible services at the Jacksonville location. They do not expire, are final except where the law requires a refund, and are not redeemable for cash except where the law requires it. If a service costs more than the card balance, the difference can be paid another way. The phone line is 904-584-6808.

Soul Spa describes its offerings as natural rituals combined with modern wellness.
