To get the most from a visit, clients arrive with hair dry, down, tangle-free and in its natural curly state with only light product. Buns, ponytails, clips and anything that stretches or changes the curl are not allowed. Hair is best on the first or second day after washing, in a natural wash-and-go style. Online booking is preferred, and appointments can be made up to 30 days ahead with new openings added daily.

Prices are based on the time a service takes, the skill it requires and the products used, not on age or gender. Because prices vary by stylist, the rate depends on who a client chooses. Cancellations or reschedules are accepted up to 48 hours before an appointment. Later cancellations are charged a 50% fee, and a no-show is charged the full amount.

Curly cuts and styles from $120 to $270, a new-client version from $120 to $290 that includes a consultation, cut, wash, style and a tutorial on caring for curls, and an Express Cut from $80 to $90. The Express Cut is for established clients only, for trims between cuts, and is not for transformations or when more than six months have passed since the last cut.
