Treatments take place in private rooms that are never shared with another guest, including head spa sessions. Clients are asked to arrive about ten minutes early, since a late start shortens the session. Pressure and water or steam temperature can be adjusted during a visit, and a session that does not feel right is stopped without a charge. Every head spa ends with a basic blow-dry using a Dyson dryer and Moroccan hair oil, included in the price. Curling, ironing and styling are not part of the head spa.

Cash prices are listed, and paying by card costs $10 more on single services and $10 to $30 more on combo packages. All four studios share one menu and one set of prices. Walk-ins are welcome when a room and therapist are free. Booking is available online, by phone or by text; Mill Creek, Everett and Kirkland book through Setmore and Lynnwood through Fresha. Groups of 5 to 10 guests can be booked at one studio at the same time, with head spa priced per person and no group discount.

Massage is performed by Washington-licensed massage therapists, according to the business. Gratuity is not included in any price and is optional, handled at checkout.
