Options include gloss, which is a demi-permanent color applied to wet or dry hair; single process for retouches and new growth; all-over color; foil and balayage highlights in enhancement, partial and full versions; and double process for bright, vibrant shades, which begins with lightening and needs a consultation first, booked by call or text. Most highlight services can be paired with a cut. Extensions are booked only through a call-in consultation, where guests pay a down payment at the consultation. Make-up services use Jane Iredale products, including an application with a skin care consultation and color match, and a lesson on day and night looks.

Treatments include a scalp exfoliation that clears oil and product buildup, a pre-shampoo oil for all hair types, a short bond-building treatment, and the Cezanne keratin smoothing treatment, which the salon says is formaldehyde-free and needs no downtime. The salon states the smoothing lasts up to five months with recommended home care, and Cezanne home care is offered at a discount with the first treatment. Policies: a credit or debit card secures each booking, changes need at least 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations carry a 50% fee. No-shows are charged the full service and must be paid before rebooking. Arriving 15 or more minutes late may mean the service is shortened or rescheduled. A $5 Environmental Stewardship Fee is added to each ticket.
