Bookings are made by phone call, text or email; appointments cannot be booked or cancelled through social media. A card on file is required for every appointment, and it is charged only for cancellations outside the policy window. Confirmations are sent by text and email at least 48 hours ahead, but clients remain responsible for their appointment time even without a reminder. Cancellations need 24 hours notice, or 50% of the treatment price is charged, and same-day cancellations may be charged the full price. Arriving more than 10 minutes late counts as a no-show: the appointment may be shortened, the full price is charged, and the client must reschedule. Children and minors are not permitted at appointments, and a parent must remain in the building if a minor is being treated. Policies may change at any time without notice.

Hours are Monday from 10 am to 6 pm, Tuesday and Thursday from 12 pm to 8 pm, and Wednesday and Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. The studio is closed on Saturday and Sunday.
