The salon is open Tuesday through Friday from 8 AM to 9 PM and Saturday from 8 AM to 3 PM, and it is closed on Sundays and Mondays. New clients booking lash services, lash fills, brow lamination or lash lift pay a $50 deposit. A 15-minute consultation is free, and a 25-minute consultation with a patch test is $10. Appointments need 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Same-day changes are charged 50% of the booked services, and no-shows are charged the full price. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.

Lash sets are offered in six styles, from a natural look to the fullest look. The Simple Angel and Angel sets are wispy and wet takes on a classic style, covering about 60% and 80% of the lash line. The Simple Hybrid and Hybrid sets combine classic lashes with volume fans, and the Simple Volume and Volume sets use fans of 3 to 8 extensions. Lash removal starts at $30, and lash fills are priced by timing at 1, 2 or 3 weeks, with a $10 surcharge for foreign fills. Brow services include lamination with an optional tint and thread, and threading for the chin, lip, brow and full face. Lash lifts are available with or without a tint, and brow and lash tints can be booked on their own or together. A Cool Down Eye Patch is sold as a single pair for $4 and can be worn during a service or after leaving the salon.
