The lash menu covers full sets in several styles, from classic and hybrid to volume, mega volume, Russian volume and an angel look with wispy fans. Fills are offered on a two to three week or three to four week schedule, and the classic and volume fills are recommended every two to three weeks. Clients with extensions from another technician can book a New Client Fill. The studio also offers a Korean lash lift with tint, a K-Doll Perm Point that pairs a lash lift with lightweight extensions, and extension removal, which uses a gel remover to break down the glue over about 45 minutes.

For brows, there is a standard brow wax and a version without tint, plus a Korean lash lift and brow bundle that lifts the lashes and laminates the brows. The bundle takes about two hours and the stated results last six to eight weeks.

Full sets require a deposit of 70 to 75 dollars, the Korean lash lift requires 25 dollars and the K-Doll Perm Point requires 30 dollars. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours notice to avoid a late cancel fee; changes made within 24 hours are charged 50 percent of the service, and no-call, no-show appointments are charged the full service fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from 50 to 4,000 dollars, with approval required before the appointment. Gift cards come in 50, 75, 100 and 200 dollar amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.

The suite is open Tuesday from 9 AM to 1:30 PM, Wednesday from 9 AM to 3 PM, Thursday and Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday from 10 AM to 3 PM. It is closed on Sunday and Monday.
