The lash extension menu covers full sets in Classic, Hybrid, Angel, Volume, Mega Volume and Anime/Trendy styles, with fills, mini fills and extended fills for maintenance. Extensions are faux mink and cruelty free, and the studio states they are latex free, though suppliers can change. Colored sets are available in black, blue black, purple black, brown, pink, purple, blue, green, teal, red, orange and glitter, and other shades can be ordered with advance notice.

Lash lift options include a standard keratin lift and tint, a vegan keratin version, a cysteamine lift also called the Korean lift (described as glue free and TGA free), and a deluxe lift. The keratin lift tint is cruelty free, vegan, ammonia free and vegetable based. Brow services include brow lamination in standard and cysteamine-based versions, a custom hybrid brow tint and shaping, and a combined lash and brow experience.

Full sets are customized after a consultation, and clients can upload face and inspiration photos when booking. Full sets run about 1.5 to 3 hours, fills about 1 to 1.75 hours and mini fills 30 to 45 minutes. The studio is on the second floor with a small lobby and a shared restroom; guests can park anywhere at Building C and text on arrival. Extra guests, including children and spouses, are not permitted because of limited space.

Each full set is built around a consultation, with clients able to share face and inspiration photos before the visit.
