The facial menu is broad. Signature Glow is a customized facial built around cleansing, enzyme masks, treatment masks and infusions. A Teen Acne Facial is designed for teens dealing with hormonal acne. Other options include an oxygen facial, a hydrating lactic peel using an AHA complex, a deeper peel for pigmentation, a peptide-based firming facial, and a microchanneling treatment for texture, fine lines, scars and pigmentation. LED phototherapy can be added to any facial for 30 minutes more.

The head spa takes place in one of three private rooms, each of which fits the client and one guest. A session includes personalized scalp topicals, deep scalp massage, a waterfall scalp cleanse and a décolleté massage. The 80 minute version adds arm, hand and cold stone face massage. Clients leave with damp hair after towel drying, and they may not bring their own hair dryer. The salon says the head spa is a healthy approach to scalp care and is suited to tension, circulation and migraine relief. The head spa is not offered to clients who are pregnant, have hair extensions, or have had keratin or perm solution. The salon says its products are sulfate free and color safe.

Massage options include a Swedish signature massage, hot stone, deep tissue, prenatal massage for clients past the first trimester who are not high risk, a medical massage that uses trigger point therapy, deep tissue stripping, ultrasound and heat for soft tissue conditions and pain, and buccal massage that works the facial muscles inside and outside the mouth. Buccal massage includes a consultation, before and after photos and dressing time. It cannot be booked by clients who are pregnant, trying to get pregnant, or who have had filler or Botox within four weeks of the appointment.

The salon presents its head spa as a scalp health approach and builds facial treatments around the client's skin concern, with add-ons that can be combined.
