The facial menu runs from a 45-minute Teen's Facial and a 45-minute Dermaplaning facial up to 90-minute Ideal and Elevate facials, with classic European, Flawless, Timeless and Waterfall options in between. Products come from Environ Skin Care, sold in the spa and online, and the Epicutis line, which is formulated in small batches.

Some treatments start with a step beforehand. Microchanneling needs a consultation and consent form, and PRX Topical Biostimulator also requires a consultation. PRX Derm Perfection is booked as a phone consultation, while ProCell Microchanneling and the Dermaplaning Add On require a We Treat profile. For the Medical Grade Peel, the esthetician selects the peel, and prescription topicals should be stopped one week before.
