Every guest begins with a detailed consultation to assess the current condition of their hair. The treatment plan is then built around goals that are realistic for that hair.
Appointments are booked on the website or through the Vagaro booking system, and walk-ins are not accepted. Color clients must have a face-to-face consultation before booking a color appointment and pay a $100 non-refundable deposit at that consultation, which goes toward services. First-time clients pay a $35 deposit, except for permanent color. Color services can take roughly four to eight hours, depending on application, processing and styling. Same-day cancellations carry a $35 fee, and guests arriving 15 minutes late may be cancelled or rescheduled without a deposit refund. No refunds or re-dos are given after a guest leaves. Only clients may attend, so children, family, friends and pets are not permitted. Free parking is available in the garage connected to the 77 building. Cash, gift cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express are accepted.
Services span color, including ombre, dimensional color, balayage, permanent and demi-permanent color, glosses and retouches, plus color correction. Other offerings include precision cuts, Design Essentials and Phyto specific relaxers, sew-ins, scalp detox, steam therapy for dry or hard-to-manage hair, and hands-on 1:1 classes.
Each treatment plan is set after a detailed consultation that looks at the hair's current condition and works toward realistic goals.
