The salon says its aim is to help clients feel beautiful inside and out. It describes the space as a warm, home-style hair salon, and the team as close-knit enough to feel like a family.

Services are grouped into styling, color with styling, smoothing treatments, waxing, add-ons and extensions. Styling covers children's cuts for ages five and under, men's cuts and color, blow-dries, updos and cut-and-style sessions. Color ranges from toners and glosses to highlights, balayage and hair painting, and can be combined with a haircut, a style or both. Smoothing options include perms, Mini Keratin, Full Keratin and Brazilian Blowout treatments. Waxing covers brows, lip, chin, nose and face. Great Lengths hair extensions, bangs, hairpieces and ponytails are offered, with extension pricing given by quote.

Appointments are booked by phone at 585.271.2900; online booking is not accepted at this time. The salon is open Monday from 8AM to 2PM, Tuesday and Thursday from 8AM to 7PM, Wednesday and Friday from 8AM to 5PM, and Saturday from 8AM to 4PM, and is closed Sundays.
