Massage options range from Swedish and deep tissue to lymphatic drainage, prenatal massage and couples massage. Couples massage gives two people individualized massages side by side in the same room and must be booked by phone. Massages can be paired with LED light therapy, which is also offered as a stand-alone session.

Facial menu includes a youth facial, dermaplaning, a back facial, chemical peels, a signature facial, vitamin C, age-defying, clarifying, microdermabrasion and micro-needling facials. The micro-needling facial may cause mild redness similar to a sunburn for about one to three days afterward, and chemical peels involve two to three days of light peeling or flaking.

A first visit begins with the therapist discussing wellness goals so the session can be customized. Rooms have heated massage tables and soft music. Standard and add-on extras include hot towels, sugar or salt scrubs, aromatherapy, anti-aging lotions and vitamins, and premium beverages such as coffee, tea, flavored water and Starbucks.

Appointments can be booked online or by phone, and gift cards in any amount can be ordered online. Client reviews can be read on Google, Yelp, Facebook and Mindbody.

Each treatment is customized from the first visit, with the aim of engaging all five senses in every massage and facial.
