Most visits begin with a skin consultation. The studio describes this as an in-depth skin analysis that leads to a customized plan built around the client's concerns and goals. Facial options range from the Signature Treatment, a customized facial with a deep cleanse, steam and a hydrojelly mask, to microdermabrasion, hydrodermabrasion, an oxygen infusion and Procell Microchanneling. Chemical peels are tailored to the concern, including hyperpigmentation, acne, fine lines and skin laxity. Shorter Glow and Go sessions cover maintenance between longer treatments, and skincare enhancements such as dermaplaning, LED light therapy and masks can be added.

The Acne Bootcamp is a structured program. The consultation covers diet, lifestyle, supplements, home care and professional treatments. Clients receive a Face Reality home care regimen paired with in-studio treatments every two weeks or monthly, or can join a virtual version with check-ins on the same schedule. The business states that its bootcamp has a 90% success rate and can clear acne in as little as three months; these are its own claims. The consultation fee is credited toward the home care routine if the client joins.

Brows and lashes are a large part of the menu. Brow lamination smooths and sets brow hairs and includes a brow wax; results typically last 8 to 12 weeks with aftercare, and a maintenance visit is suggested at weeks 4 and 8. Brow tweezing is a wax-free option for clients using accutane, retinoids or other topical medications. Lash lifts include an optional tint, and an aftercare serum is sold at checkout. Memberships are free to enroll in and come with monthly treatments and discounts on services and retail products. Booking is online through Vagaro, and an active credit card is required to hold an appointment. Cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours incurs half the service cost, and a no call, no show incurs the full cost. Most appointments cannot be completed more than 15 minutes late. Services and memberships are non-refundable, and products can be exchanged within 14 days with a receipt. Only clients receiving a treatment may be in the studio, and children are asked to stay home.
