Color is the center of the menu. Options include vivid fashion color and custom fantasy shades for accent pieces, single process root color for grey coverage or a shifting natural base, root touch-ups, all over color, and traditional foil highlights in partial or full dimension. Lived In is a multi-technique dimensional color that combines balayage, foilayage, root smudge or gloss and toner, and it suits both major changes and a lower-maintenance blended look. Mini Revive brightens face-framing pieces or fringe. The studio also offers a Brazilian Blowout smoothing treatment, which the studio says leaves hair smooth and frizz free for up to 12 weeks, and brow tinting to give brows a fuller, slightly darker look.

Booking works in two ways. New guests are asked to email the studio first, and returning guests book through the online link, where the stylist confirms each time and service. Cancellations with at least 48 hours notice are not charged, while shorter notice or a no-show carries a fee of half the service cost. The studio is cashless, so a card on file must be kept up to date. Guests may return within 7 days for no-charge adjustments to a cut or color concern. Extra guests and children cannot come along because the space is small, and pets are not allowed in the building except for ADA approved service animals. Retail products come from The Hair Cream, Crunchi, Hairstory and Innersense, and digital eGift cards are available.
