Every visit begins with a consultation that includes a dry and wet analysis of the curl pattern. Clients leave with a prescription card covering the products to use, how to use them, how often to get a haircut and daily tips for caring for and styling their curls. Teaching is adjusted to how each person learns best, whether by seeing, hearing, or a mix of both.

The menu is grouped into curly hair cutting, hair coloring, hairstyling and treatments. The Puzzle Cut and Style is a gentle cleanse, a cut shaped to the curl pattern and professional styling. Cut and Clarity pairs a cut and style with a coaching session, followed by written notes and a follow-up plan. Color options range from toner and gloss to a fully customized color plan, and there is a separate service for correcting color. Men with curly hair can book haircuts designed for their texture.

For people who cannot come in, virtual consultations are 45-minute sessions that build a plan remotely. Styling lessons, either one-on-one or for two people, let clients practice styling their own curls with guidance. Appointments are booked online through Vagaro. Bookings are confirmed 48 hours ahead, cancellations or changes need 48 hours' notice, and a non-refundable $50 deposit applies per service. Clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes early, and children must be supervised during services. Gift certificates are sold online and in the salon.

Each service starts with a consultation and a dry and wet curl pattern analysis, then moves to a prescription card with products, use instructions, cut frequency and daily care guidance. Teaching adapts to each client's learning style.
