Acne work starts with a consultation for new clients. The one-hour Acne Bootcamp Consultation at $75 reviews skin history, goals, lifestyle and current routine, and identifies acne type so a custom skincare plan can follow. A longer visit at $135 combines the consultation with a treatment, though products are not included. Follow-up treatments, with or without dermaplaning, are also offered. The Sonder Signature Facial ($125, one hour) combines a double cleanse, exfoliation, extractions, LED light therapy, a rejuvenating mask and finishing products, and dermaplaning can be added. The Dermaplane Facial ($135, one hour) pairs dermaplaning with extractions, LED light and a hydrating treatment. A 35-minute Mini Dermaplane ($50) is the shortest option. The Purely Personalized Peel ($150, one hour) addresses dullness, texture and pigmentation. It is for returning clients only and is not considered pregnancy safe.

Brow services range from a 15-minute wax ($30) to a 1 hour 30 minute lamination with wax and tint ($110), and a lash lift with tint is $95. Clients are asked to stop retinols two weeks before brow and lash services. Makeup is booked by inquiry only: an online form gets a reply within 48 hours with date availability and a personalized quote. Event makeup ($180) includes skin prep, a custom color match and false lashes. The bridal makeup trial ($190) lets brides test a look before the wedding, and wedding makeup is ideally planned three to five months ahead.

Bundles combine services at a set price. Three's Charm ($240, 2 hours 30 minutes) pairs dermaplaning, brow lamination with wax and tint, and a lash lift with tint, saving $50 over booking separately; it is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding clients. I Do Glow ($190) pairs dermaplaning, an oxygen treatment and brows. The Bridal Beauty Bootcamp is priced after an inquiry and includes custom treatments, brow laminations, custom dermaplaning and 10% off skincare until the wedding. For new clients, SkinSync Virtual ($50, 30 minutes) is a remote skin consultation with a custom regimen, and the in-person Glow & Go Consultation ($100) includes a skin analysis, a mini treatment and a customized plan.

Bookings can be made through the website, over the phone, or at the front desk. Holding a reservation may require a valid credit card on file. Clients who need to move or cancel an appointment should give at least 24 hours' notice; late cancellations and no-shows can be charged a fee. If someone arrives late, the service may be shortened or moved to another time. Payment in full is collected at the appointment, and services that have already been performed cannot be refunded. Credit cards, debit cards and Apple Pay are all accepted. Guests must be 18 or older, and offers cannot be stacked together unless the terms say otherwise.
