Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice; otherwise a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price applies, and no-shows without notice are charged the full amount of the scheduled services.

Services received are not refunded, but the stylist will adjust any service within three days at no charge after an in-salon inspection. Unused products in original packaging, with a receipt, may be refunded within seven days of purchase, and a restocking fee may apply to opened or used items. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200 or a custom amount and are final sale. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
