The color menu covers glosses, partial and full root touch-ups, mini and partial or full standard highlights, and blonde maintenance for lightened hair that needs upkeep every four to six weeks. Color consultations are free, last about 20 minutes, and are sometimes possible the same day. Cuts include kids' haircuts for children 11 and younger, bang trims, and haircuts with or without a blowout or a deep conditioning add-on. Styling covers blowouts, a blowout with extra thermal work, formal updos and curling, and a single accent braid. Treatments include clarifying, deep conditioning, detangling and two keratin smoothing options. Extensions range from clip-ins to removal of weft and keratin bond extensions, and all extension methods begin with a consultation. Bridal trials are offered, and travel or on-site bridal work is handled by contacting the salon.

Booking details matter here. Appointments rescheduled less than 24 hours ahead are charged 20 percent of the booked services, and missed appointments or no-shows are charged 50 percent of the scheduled service. Fees are based on the services discussed and booked. A card can be kept on file for these fees, and if no card or payment is provided within three business days of the original appointment, future appointments will not be approved until the fee is paid. For in-person bookings, Buy Now, Pay Later is available from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
