The facial menu runs from a 30-minute Express Refresh at $85, which skips extractions and massage, up to a 90-minute Luxe Ritual Ultimate Lift & Renew Facial at $150 that includes an LED light therapy mask. The 60-minute Essential Reset at $110 adds extractions when needed, facial massage and a neck and shoulder massage. The Sombra Solstice Facial at $99 uses a cherry or pomegranate enzyme exfoliation and a marshmallow root mask. Every facial begins with a double cleanse, customized exfoliation and finishes with barrier support products.

For lashes, the studio offers LED UV cured lash extensions, a 210-minute application at $175 built on a custom lash map designed around each client's eyes. Existing clients can book refresh fills at one, two or three weeks, with appointment length and price set by timing. Lash removal is $25 and is complimentary when booked with a new full set. Clients who have extensions from another artist must book a removal first, since foreign fills are not performed. A 72-hour patch test is recommended before a first LED/UV lash appointment.

The studio is open Tuesday through Friday from 10 AM to 3 PM and Saturday from 11 AM to 3 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday. Appointments need a valid credit or debit card to hold them, and a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the service total is taken at booking and applied on the day. Cancellations or changes need 48 hours notice by phone, text or the booking app. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.

Treatments are tailored to each client's skin, with a focus on sensitive and reactive skin.
