The salon's hair menu runs from quick services such as shampoo and brush out, haircuts including classic barber, pixie, razor and long layered cuts, and conditioning treatments, to longer color work. Base color touch-ups and all-over single-process color cover the roots or the full head. Custom blonding includes personalized placement, toning or glazing and finishing, and foil weave highlights or lowlights are priced by the amount of product and number of colors. Vivid color is quoted by project. Color correction begins with a consultation, since the price depends on the complexity and condition of the hair, and the work usually takes about five hours.

Smoothing treatments are offered to reduce frizz, lasting three to five months depending on the option chosen. The Malibu treatment is a clarifying service that includes a blow dry. Hair extensions use real human hair, which clients buy from the salon separately, and first-time clients who are not yet with a stylist are asked to have a consultation first. The free consultation, which takes 15 to 30 minutes, is used to assess hair, talk through goals and plan the service.

Booking policies ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.

The salon also sells online. Orders are processed within three to seven business days and are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays, and orders placed by 2:00 PM Eastern are processed the same business day. Shipping goes by USPS Standard Ground or Priority Mail to all 50 states, including P.O. boxes, but not internationally. All sales are final, except where the salon sent the wrong item or made an error. Damaged or defective orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with the order number and a photo.
