Before committing to a visit, clients can book a free 15-minute consultation to talk through color and cut options, what a service involves and what it will cost. Many services are listed starting at a set price, so the consultation is a practical way to plan a color change or a cut before the appointment.

The salon is open Monday and Thursday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and Tuesday and Wednesday from 11 AM to 9 PM. It is closed Friday through Sunday. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead, and no-shows, are charged a 50% fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, but approval has to come through before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final. A $25 traveling fee applies to appointments away from the salon.

Each visit starts with a free consultation to settle on the color or cut and the pricing before anything is booked.
