The menu is built around facials. The Golden Hour is a 60-minute option described as suitable for first-time clients and all skin types. The Glow Up runs 75 minutes and combines LED light therapy, high frequency, hot stones and scalp massage. Gua Sha Radiance is a 90-minute session using facial Gua Sha, hot stones and a treatment mask. Luminous Lymph is a 75-minute lymphatic drainage facial that includes facial reflexology and a vial of Quinton minerals. Solful Signature is the longest option at 105 minutes, with Gua Sha, a sound bath, hot stones, scalp massage and guided breathwork.

Clients can add enhancements to most facials, each adding a set amount of time: Gua Sha, Sunset Session LED, All Seeing Eye Revive, Facial Cupping, Crown Therapy, Sound Therapy and High Frequency. Add-on prices range from $5 for High Frequency up to $40 for Sunset Session LED. A seasonal Autumn Facial, an 80-minute treatment priced at $180, is bookable from September 1 through November 30. It uses a cranberry and pumpkin enzyme mask and a magnesium-infused herbal oil.

Booking is by appointment only, through the website. A credit card is required, and a $50 deposit is held on the card to secure the time. The card is charged only for a no-call, no-show. The rest is paid at the appointment by Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, cash or card. Changes made at least 48 hours ahead are free, while later cancellations may be charged the full service cost. New clients fill out an intake form after booking, and expecting mothers answer pregnancy questions on it. Clients more than 15 minutes late must contact the studio or the appointment is cancelled and charged in full. Gift cards can be bought through the booking link.

The studio describes its facials as safe during pregnancy, postpartum and breastfeeding. It presents its work as an option for people looking for alternatives to Botox, Accutane or other pharmaceutical skin treatments. Clients are advised to limit unprotected sun exposure for 48 hours after a service.

Treatments take a holistic view that includes mind, body and spirit alongside skin health, and they work with the skin's natural function rather than using harsh or aggressive methods.
