Visits are meant to feel pleasant and comfortable, with time set aside for questions and for going over options before anyone decides on a treatment. Cosmetic surgery patients meet with a coordinator at consultation and receive an individual quote. The quote covers the surgeon's fee plus anesthesia, operating room time and supplies, overnight facilities and implants. The surgeon's fee includes a preoperative visit and follow-up visits for one year after surgery. Other tests such as pre-op, post-op or pathology testing are billed when the physician orders them, and a return to the operating room for a complication such as bleeding carries an added operating room and anesthesia charge. Cash, check, credit card and CareCredit are accepted.

Medspa treatments can be booked online. Surgical and other procedures are booked by phone at 407-392-3404 or by email to the office, and a virtual consultation form is available on the website. The office is on the eighth floor of a building near Ivanhoe and Orange, with Citrus restaurant on the lobby level. Patients can park in the garage on Park Lake Street next to the building and take an elevator straight to the office. Office hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Dr. Kendall Peters also operates at the Downtown Surgery Center, which is in the same building.

The med spa uses the Cynosure ICON laser system for its laser treatments and sells medical-grade skin care from SkinMedica, ZO Skin Health by Zein Obagi and Alastin.

The practice pairs careful, technically current medical care with time spent talking through options so each patient can make a decision before treatment.
