The menu covers full volume and hybrid sets, plus fill-ins for upkeep. Volume fills are recommended every two to three weeks and need at least 45 to 60 percent of the extensions still in place on each eye. The Venus Hybrid set alternates classic and 2D-3D volume fans to add dimension and layers, and the Mega Volume sets use .03 mm lashes. The 10D-15D Mega Volume full set takes four hours.

Extension removal is offered as its own service and uses the business's Soley Gel solution formula. The business describes removal as safe and painless. Appointments are requested online, and a payment link is sent with each request; the appointment is approved once payment is made. The deposit is nonrefundable and goes toward the service balance. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice to avoid losing it, and clients get a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals, after which a $10 late fee applies if the appointment can still be taken.
