Every service is adjusted to the client. Spray tans are matched to a shade, and lash and brow styles are chosen to suit the individual. Spray tans use a rapid solution, and the rinse time sets how deep the color goes, from about 2 hours for light to medium shades up to 5 to 6 hours for dark. Appointments typically take 15 to 20 minutes, and clients are asked to arrive with clean, dry skin and no lotion, deodorant, oils, perfume, or body makeup. Shaving and exfoliating the night before and skipping showers for at least 6 hours help the tan.

The Glow Club is the salon's membership. For a monthly fee, members get two custom spray tans with a hydration seal, which the salon says is a $150 value for $100. Members also receive complimentary hydration upgrades, 10% off retail purchases, and automatic entry into the salon's raffles.

Brow and lash services include brow lamination, lash lifts, and tinting for brows, lashes, or both together. Clients are asked to come in with clean, makeup-free brows that have not been tweezed, waxed, or trimmed. After a lash lift or brow lamination, the treated area should stay dry and free of steam and rubbing for 24 hours.

The salon sells the Soleil Society Body Care Collection, formulated for sunless tan care. Spray tans should be the last step in a beauty routine, with other services done at least 4 to 12 hours before. Arriving more than 5 minutes late may shorten a visit or lead to a rescheduled appointment, and future bookings may require full prepayment after a no-show.

Each service is customized to the client, including spray tan shade and lash and brow style.
