Owner Jessica Wall holds an esthetician license, is a certified permanent makeup artist, and has more than 14 years of experience. Her specialty is natural-looking brows, and the menu reflects that with everything from semi-permanent tinting and shaping to microblading, 3D Nano and correction work for older brow tattoos.

Permanent makeup services such as microblading, 3D Nano, PMU brow correction and lip blushing require a non-refundable deposit that goes toward the total. The balance is due on the day of the appointment. Clients who have had brow work before need a consultation or must email a photo before booking microblading. Brow services should be booked at least three weeks after a Botox treatment.

Touch-ups are usually booked six to eight weeks after the first session, and annual refreshes are offered to existing clients about 12 to 18 months later for microblading and nano brows, or 12 to 24 months later for lip blush. Anything after 24 months is booked as a new appointment. A 10-minute grace period applies to late arrivals. Gift cards are sold as eGift cards in $5, $10, $20, $50 or custom amounts, and as group gift cards.

The studio works toward natural-looking results, with a consultation step for returning brow clients before permanent work.
